1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Tavlo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Tavlo for personal and commercial purposes related to staff management and community administration. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display without explicit permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software contained in Tavlo
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with Tavlo, you are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Tavlo is offered as a one-time payment service. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Pay the specified amount for access to the Tavlo suite
• Understand that payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Access to the service is granted permanently upon successful payment

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tavlo to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tavlo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tavlo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tavlo and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
